This cozy hotel is conveniently located not far from the town centre, making it easy for us to explore the city. We were pleasantly surprised by the fantastic service from the friendly and naturally welcoming staff. The family suite provided more than enough space for our group of friends, with comfortable beds and a clean bathroom. The breakfast was well-cooked and there were ample food options. We loved the touch of having free bottles of Irn Bru and a glass milk bottle for fresh milk at the bar. The overall experience was great and we would recommend it to others.
The wifi in the room was slow, making it difficult to work.

Brian

This place was clean, had good facilities, and had a marvelous location just a short walk away from the city center, a big supermarket, and a popular tourist attraction.
-
Gary
I had impressive and attractive room here with clean toilet, a really good sized shower, as for instance. The location was central, really close to the outskirts of Inverness, town centre on Milburn Rd, and the mall. Plus, main attraction such as River Ness was 2 km from this hotel.

Everything was really good at this good all round hotel. They had an easy check-in. Its location was perfect, near regular buses, beer garden and the outskirts of the main city centre.
